Marina Square Shopping Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in Singapore with about 700,000sq ft of shopping space and a wide variety of tenants. It is centrally located in the Marina Centre area with easy access to and from CityLink Mall, Suntec City, Millenia Walk, Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay and five 5-star hotels: Marina Mandarin Singapore, The Oriental, Singapore, Pan Pacific Singapore, Ritz Carlton Millenia and Conrad International Centennial Singapore.

In early 2004, Marina Square underwent a $100million major facelift, which included the retrofitting of the central air-conditioning system (district cooling), where Monoflo was chosen to circulate the chilled and condenser water.

Fourteen numbers of Monoflo Kompact Series horizontal split case centrifugal pumpsets, of which 7 units are close-coupled to 150kW electric motors and the remaining to 110kWs. These pumpsets are for the main chiller plantroom, which serves the shopping space, Marina Mandarin Singapore and The Oriental, Singapore.

In addition, 3 units of Kompact horizontal split casing pumps c/w 90kW motors, were supplied for the heat exchangers catering to both The Oriental, Singapore and Marina Mandarin Singapore.
